Our cleaning team will provide their own products but are happy to use yours should you prefer. To prevent any possibility of cross contamination in your home, our cleaners don't provide mops, buckets or vacuums for regular cleans.

REGULAR CLEANS

Having the help of our experienced cleaners will take the stress out of a messy home.

We can operate on a weekly or biweekly schedule - Whichever works best for you to keep your home in order.

Your regular professional home cleaning service includes:

• Thorough cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens.

• Wiping of cupboard fronts and washing floors.

• Dusting of skirting boards, pictures, lamp shades, window sills, furniture and light fittings.

• Complete vacuuming in every room.

• Spot cleaning of paint work.

• Ironing - A limit of 6 items max (clothing only).

At North East Cleaning Co, We understand how important it is for our customers to have the same familiar cleaner on the same day and time at each routine visit. Familiarity of your home and lifestyle needs builds trust and firm foundations between you, your assigned cleaner and us as a company. The same cleaner will attend whenever possible and all are designated key holders. 

In some instances, we will work in pairs, obviously that means we are out of your way in half the time, bearing in mind if you book 2 hours we'll be there for 1 hour as it will be 2 cleaners,

2 cleaners x 1 hour = 2 hours - but we're sure you knew that.

DEEP CLEANING

Deep Cleans can be quite challenging especially if you are under pressure for a property inspection, post renovation or have a family celebration coming up. Deep cleaning is an intensive service ideal for removing limescale and residue in bathrooms, degreasing kitchens in need of extra attention and spring cleaning throughout.

Before we carry out the cleaning, a representative will visit the property to discuss which areas need cleaning. Then a written estimate is provided, confirming the schedule and deep clean price.

A home deep clean includes the same thorough and reliable service provided by our regular clean, and can include on specific request additional extras such as: 

• The removal of all contents and a thorough clean of all kitchen units and cupboards inside and out.

• The washing of all painted and commonly-touched surfaces such as doors, window frames, and skirting boards.

Our cleaning professionals have experience and the know how so make these daunting tasks look incredibly easy saving you valuable time and money.

Please Note: 

A 50% Non-Refundable booking fee will be required at the time of booking the service, With the remainder to be paid on the day cleaning commences. In some instances, full payment may be requested.

END OF TENANCY

End of tenancy cleans can be highly daunting, time consuming and not for the faint hearted. Save time and gain peace of mind by using our highly experienced cleaners.

Before we carry out the cleaning, a representative will visit the property to discuss which areas need cleaning. Then a written estimate is provided, confirming the schedule and end of tenancy price.

Although every clean is tailored to a customer’s specific requirements, we do offer the following as standard:

• A thorough clean of bathrooms and kitchens.

• Cupboard fronts wiped.

• Floors washed.

• Skirting boards, pictures, lamp shades, ornaments, windowsills and furniture dusted.

• All rooms vacuumed.

• Paintwork cleaned.

Remember:

• The end of tenancy service clean will be carried out in accordance with instructions taken at the time and detailed in the estimate of service.

• North East Cleaning Co is not responsible if the work carried out does not meet the standard required by a third party.

• North East Cleaning Co will not be liable for any additional costs imposed by a third party.

HOLIDAY RENTALS

Having your holiday home spotless for your next guests is paramount for any hospitality business so our dedicated team of cleaning staff do all they can to ensure your holiday home makes the right first impression.

As well as a thorough clean of every room, a holiday let cleaning service includes:

• Checking for and reporting any breakages.

• Removing any food from cupboards or fridge.

• Removing any old toiletries from the bathroom.

• Checking and leaving toilet rolls.

• Removing notes left by clients, and forward on to owners.

• Putting keys for new guests in the right place.

COMMERCIAL

Our trustworthy team routinely cover office and communal workplace cleans. As these cleans are mainly key holder positions, we habitually send the same trusted cleaner(s) on each visit whenever possible.

We support businesses by punctually delivering a high standard of cleaning, ensuring the workplace is safe and hazard free for the working day.

Offices are recognised as areas of high contact so need to be disinfected with appropriate antibacterial disinfectant. COVID-19 safety measures are key. Familiar cleaners are able to productively operate appropriate infection control on an ongoing basis.
